Double Chocolate Chickpea Cookie Dough

When you think chickpea cookie dough can’t get better….then you try Double Chocolate Chickpea Cookie Dough. No baking necessary and totally edible right out of the bowl!
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/8 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (depends how rich you want the chocolate flavor)
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
If you choose, melt and drizzle some extra dark chocolate on top!
You can store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
