Creamy Matcha & Greens Smoothie
Smoothies are more fun when they’re GREEN!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup Matcha Almond Beverage from Trader Joe’s OR
Can substitute 1 1/2 cup milk + 1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 avocado
1 frozen zucchini
1 frozen banana
Big handful of spinach (can sub kale, however this will alter taste while spinach will not)
1 serving collagen (optional)
1-2 tbsp nut butter
Optional add-ins: cinnamon, maca powder, honey, agave, vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. The blender I use is linked here.
Blend!
ENJOY! Top with extra nut butter if you desire!
