Mighty Tip

Adding avocado to a smoothie can give a creamier texture.

Smoothies are more fun when they’re GREEN!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup Matcha Almond Beverage from Trader Joe’s OR

    • Can substitute 1 1/2 cup milk + 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 frozen zucchini

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Big handful of spinach (can sub kale, however this will alter taste while spinach will not)

  • 1 serving collagen (optional)

  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter

  • Optional add-ins: cinnamon, maca powder, honey, agave, vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. The blender I use is linked here.

  2. Blend!

  3. ENJOY! Top with extra nut butter if you desire!
