Beet & Carrot "Juice"

Mighty Tip

Don’t care what you see on the internet — you do NOT need to do that juice cleanse. However, homemade juice can be used as a fun way to sneak in some extra fruits and vegetables!

Juice is delicious and can be so refreshing. I love to incorporate it occasionally with breakfast, or really any time during the summer here in NC! Juicing has also been quite a trend — and an EXPENSIVE one at that! But here’s the cool part: Our bodies are already detoxing themselves! Which means you don’t need to pay $100+ and drink nothing but juice for that 3-day / 5-day / 7-day / whatever cleanse. If you love juice and want to include it in your diet, then by all means drink the juice! But don’t feel like you need to spend tons of money on a beautifully advertised “cleanse” in order to keep your body healthy.
